Lindsey was born and raised in Ramona, CA and loves the “small town” life. So much so that she found herself drawn to Julian, a historic and quaint community located just north of Ramona. Julian offered a similar same small-town atmosphere that she had experienced as a child and often dream of raising a family there, so It came as no surprise when she followed her dreams and bought a home there. As a proud resident of such an amazing community, she is excited to be an active community partner and put down long term roots with her family, including newborn baby Jaxon, who shared in the excitement by ringing in his birth on New Year’s Day 2022.

Lindsey has been a part of the Heimer team since 2016. Starting as an assistant and then helping Shelly launch her brokerage company in 2017, H5 Financial, a DBA of C2 Financial. Throughout her many years working with Shelly, she has filled various companies positions and worked her way up from assistant, processing assistant, transaction manager and most recently as an operations manager. With a lot of hard work and dedication to growth she has been able to now complete the requirements needed to become a licensed Loan Originator. Lindsey will continue to serve at H5 Financial as the operations manager while she works on promoting and growing her own clientele. Together Shelly and Lindsey are looking forward to the continued success of their business while sharing in the common goal of serving our community.

As a team they have helped over 600 families with their financing needs and are looking forward to hitting 1000 in the next few years! Lindsey has never shied away from hard work; she is always ready to roll up her sleeves and dig right in. And this next chapter as a Loan Originator there is little doubt, she will continue to do just that. She is ready to hit the ground running to help San Diego’s rural back country and “city folk” find the perfect home loan; from Government financing (VA, FHA & USDA) to Conventional financing we are confident that “we have a loan for that”

Lindsey’s passion for helping people doesn’t stop at work, during her personal time, you can find her attending a Rotary meeting or volunteering with Soroptimist of Ramona. You may even pop into say “HELLO” while she is pouring wine at Milagro winery. She is a hard working force of nature that Shelly is proud to have on her team.
